Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by VirtuaHost (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using any VirtuaHost system, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Supply accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering

2. Services We Provide

VirtuaHost provides hosting and related services including, but not limited to:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS / VDS)
• Dedicated servers
• Game hosting
• Custom server deployments
• Additional hosting add-ons and management tools

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All actions taken under your account
• Notifying VirtuaHost immediately about suspected breaches

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

4. Billing & Payments

All services must be paid for in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Failure to pay may result in:

• Service suspension
• Termination
• Additional fees, where applicable

Renewal payments are automatically processed unless you cancel the service beforehand. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal content or behaviour
• Network abuse (DDoS, spamming, malware, etc.)
• Hosting infringing or copyrighted materials
• Attempts to bypass security or gain unauthorized access

6. Backups & Data Responsibility

Unless your service explicitly includes backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your data.

VirtuaHost is not liable for data loss arising from user actions, software faults, hardware failure, or termination.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Uptime guarantees, if applicable, may be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you:

• Fail to pay
• Violate the Terms or AUP
• Pose a risk to the network or other customers

Upon termination, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, VirtuaHost is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Loss of data
• Service interruption

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VirtuaHost against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of the Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
